​Zouga Mostert is a Recruitment Executive for Automotive Employment NZ. He focuses on both the automotive and heavy diesel sectors throughout New Zealand. Zouga commenced his employment, first in accounting, before moving into the motor industry.

Prior to joining Automotive Employment NZ as a Recruitment Executive, Zouga was a Business Manager (F&I) and worked for one of the largest automotive groups in South Africa, based out of one of the largest Toyota dealerships in the country.

Zouga is accustomed to a high paced working environment and learned to find comfort in the pressure that comes with it. Zouga also has a strong sales foundation having worked for Honda, Kia, and Toyota dealerships as a Sales Executive prior to stepping into the Business Manager role.

With additional knowledge of workshop operations, immigration requirements, and his strong connections in both New Zealand and South Africa, Zouga brings a bright and engaging style that has proven popular. His combination of engagement and efficiency is paired with a dynamism and energy with solid reasoning skills. He lives up to his mantra of, “Do what you say you’re going to do.”

In his spare time, Zouga has a passion for health, fitness, and spending time with his family.
